David has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AmeriFirst Capital Group, Inc. since 1996 and has served as the Chief Loan Officer or Chief Commercial Lender of three financial institutions. Mr. McGregor brings with him more that twenty years of extensive business experience ranging from asset management, commercial real estate finance to real estate development.
David speaks nationally on the subject of Business Park Development, Due Diligence, Real Estate Appraising and Commercial Real Estate Lending.
For the past several years, David has concentrated a majority of his time in office/flex development for the professional trades and small skilled business. David is the co-developer or principal in more than 300,000 square feet of office/flex including the Wilson Commerce Center, Anchor Point and Anchor Road Commerce Center.
