As Founding Partner of THEi Commercial Real Estate Services PR, I will be continuing to lead a team of professionals in providing CRE services to occupiers and investors across Puerto Rico, Florida, and the Caribbean.
With almost 40 years of experience in the CRE industry, I leverage my expertise in retail, industrial, office, and land sectors to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. I am passionate about fostering a culture of ethics, client service, research, and data-driven decision making within my team and the broader organization. I also collaborate with other CRE teams from across the world to create better solutions for clients in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
