Workplace and Sustainability. In his career he has led teams to build and implement enterprise- wide strategic processes to seamlessly deliver transactions, facilities oversight, and operational savings within large diverse corporate real estate portfolios.
- Steven’s background includes substantial experience in corporate real estate including actively managing diverse global portfolios ranging from 7.5 million square feet to over 150 million square feet.
- Steven has held senior leadership roles at Refresco, Jabil, Bank of America, Alcoa, General Electric, Siemens, and General Motors Corporation.
- In his career Steven has completed more than one thousand transactions domestically and abroad. Including assignments in all fifty US States and projects in 45 countries with an aggregate value of over $5 Billion.
- Steven has earned the CCIM designation given by the Commercial Real Estate Institute, a Six Sigma green belt, an IAMC Fellow, has an MBA in Marketing from Nova-Southeastern University, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
