Tina Marie Eloian, CCIM is the Broker and President of Florida Commercial Group, a boutique commercial real estate firm serving Tampa Bay and communities throughout Florida. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, land development, investment sales, leasing, and property management, Tina has built her career on relationships, market knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
A Tampa native, Tina was introduced to real estate at an early age through her family's development projects and has since become one of the most recognized commercial real estate professionals in the region. Known by many as the "Queen of Ybor," she has played an active role in the growth and revitalization of Ybor City, Channelside, Seminole Heights, and surrounding Tampa Bay markets.
Tina specializes in representing investors, business owners, developers, and entrepreneurs in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land properties throughout Florida. Her ability to navigate complex transactions, identify opportunities, and create win-win solutions has earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike.
She earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2010, a designation held by only a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals worldwide. Tina has also served in numerous leadership roles within the commercial real estate industry and currently serves as President-Elect of STAR (Stellar MLS Commercial Alliance). She remains actively involved in professional organizations, economic development initiatives, and community outreach programs across the Tampa Bay area.
