Rick Orr started his real estate career in 1983, concentrating on commercial real estate. In 1990, he started The Property Sourcebook, a printed commercial real estate listing publication which grew to over 1,000,000 printed pages per month. The Property Sourcebook went online in August 1995. Rick sold The Property Sourcebook in 2005, and launched TotalCommercial.com in 2006.
TotalCommercial presently has over 5,000 listings worldwide, and experiences over 100,000 listing views per month and is under new ownership as of 2026.
