Gregory J. Laskody, CCIM has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the South Florida market, with extensive expertise in investment sales, real estate mortgage and investment banking, and valuation. Collectively, he has been involved in over $3.0BB of commercial real estate transactions since graduating from the renowned and nationally-ranked Real Estate program of the College of Business at The Florida State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance in 1988. Since graduating, he has successfully completed more than 70 real-estate related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, the CCIM Institute, accredited universities, and others.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership and management positions with some of the most notable companies in commercial real estate, such as: Deloitte; Nomura Capital; The Capital Company of America; Wells Fargo, Q10 Capital; Newmark Grubb Knight Frank; Colliers International, and Lee and Associates.

In addition to being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) of the CCIM Institute, he is also a former Member of the Appraisal Institute (“MAI”), and previously was a licensed mortgage broker, a state-certified general real estate appraiser, and a general real estate appraisal instructor, all in the State of Florida. In addition, he was also an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Studies at Miami-Dade College.

He is also the founder and principal instructor at MasterCRE (www.MasterCRE.com), a global membership-based website and community portal dedicated exclusively to the commercial real estate space. The site presents content featuring audio, video, text, Excel programming, and quizzes presented in a multi-layered interactive format, facilitating participants to build Excel models that can later be used in their own endeavors, along with a network-centric community amongst its members, as well as group and one-on-one coaching and training.

Greg focuses on investment sales and realty capital origination, the majority of which is focused on the South Florida tri-county market area. He was also a Conference Committee Member of The Florida State University’s Center for Real Estate Education and Research from 2011 through 2015. He has also been a panelist and speaker at various local, state-wide, and regional commercial real estate events.
