Sandy is a native Floridian, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, with over 15 years of experience providing commercial real estate services.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Florida, Sandy managed a building materials sales center in Orlando for a Fortune 500 company. This led to a position in Miami as a construction project manager. In 2010, Sandy maintained a 4.0 GPA performing graduate work in sustainable development at the University of South Florida. This program included USGBC (LEED) projects and organizational membership.

A few years later, she joined the commercial real estate field and became a licensed sales associate. She brings knowledge from her management and marketing background including her experience in construction and professional services for the built environment.

Her energy and enthusiasm benefit her clients as she creates solutions to challenging property issues. Sandy has a reputation as a problem-solver. She keeps her clients informed of market activity and trends affecting new development.

Sandy guides investors and tenants by offering advice relative to their real estate strategy. Her recent work has been focused on office and retail properties in Tampa Bay.

Case Studies:

  • A 10,811 SF vacant space in a Port Richey Shopping Center was a challenge to lease. Sandy developed an excellent marketing plan and found a tenant in less than six months. The space was leased at the full asking price.
  • The owner of a vacant restaurant in West Pasco County hoped to find a tenant with sufficient capital to address equipment issues due to long-term vacancy. They had hired other brokers over the past four years, but no one was able to lease the restaurant. Sandy found a tenant in less than seven months. The new burger and pizza chain completely renovated the interior along with some exterior improvements, creating a beautiful restaurant as their first Florida location.
