For 32 years Jack owned and operated his own businesses that included manufacturing and distributing medical equipment and supplies. Other business activities included buying and selling businesses and their assets, having auctions, and evaluating equipment and property.
In addition to running a business Jack was also active serving his Town in various administrative functions. He was a member of the School Board, re-established the Industrial Development Commission, and set up the Water Board. All positions involved siting and planning real estate projects.
In 2004, after selling his business interests he moved to Florida where he decided to start a second career in Commercial Real Estate. In the 4 years he has held a Florida Real Estate license Jack has:
- Held the Pasco County new school site contract- identifying 8 sites for purchase
- Assembled commercial sites for National Developers
- Marketed Office/Professional office buildings
- Leased large office properties
- Passed all exams and was awarded an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation
- Achieved Broker Status
- Represents National and International Clients in property searches
