Tim Bradley is a commercial real estate broker in the Jackson Hole, Wyoming area. He has worked in commercial real estate since 1987, and obtained his Texas real estate license in 1990. Working both as a commercial appraiser (MAI designation received in 1995) and as a broker (CCIM designation received in 2003), he moved from Dallas, TX to Jackson, WY in 1999.

Since moving to Jackson, Tim has established himself and his company, Contour Investment Properties, as the sole firm in the area specializing in commercial real estate. He has brokered over 100 commercial leases and nearly $200,000,000 in commercial sales transactions in the local market.
