Robert Palacios is President of Regency Commercial Properties, Inc. He specializes in office, industrial, investment property, and landlord and tenant representation. Robert is the 2024 President of CCIM Miami District of the CCIM Florida Chapter.
Robert served as President of the Coral Gables Association of Realtors, then the second largest Realtor association in Miami-Dade County and led its merger with the third largest Realtor association in Miami-Dade County, setting up its subsequent merger with Miami Association of Realtors, now the largest Realtor association in the country.
Robert holds a CCIM Designation, a Bachelor’s in Finance from Florida International University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
