David Gritton

David began his career in real estate working with residential investors all over Central Florida and also successfully rehabbing several properties of his own. He has also worked with both domestic and foreign buyers on acquiring large tracts of vacation rental properties from builders in Orlando’s growing tourism corridor. Most recently he has been focused on many different facets of commercial real estate including leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation. David feels having a broad spectrum of real estate experience helps him to look at his client's needs from many different angles during their decision making process.

Prior to his career in real estate, David held leadership positions in high-level logistics firms that relied heavily on critical thinking and timeline management skills. He also was a Marketing Manager for a regional coffee franchise and oversaw the marketing and development of several stores. During his time he consistently saw above-average sales growth and helped his owner win Franchisee of the Year.
