Early on, she founded and managed her own contracting business, leading a team of 10 before partnering with C&J Painting in Austin, Texas, where she oversaw operations in the San Antonio region. These experiences gave her hands-on insight into operations, workforce management, and the realities small and growing businesses face - perspectives she now brings to her real estate practice.
Previously, Vivian worked with CapStrata Commercial, and currently serves as Membership Chair for CCIM Central Florida District.
