Mark S. Henderson, the owner of Auction World USA, is one of the original pioneers in marketing and selling real estate nationally. In response to a growing need to liquidate REO and investment properties, Mark auctioned his first property in 1977. Since then, he has physically stood and auctioned properties in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

With a vast knowledge in urban and metropolitan areas, Mark has sold properties owned by the federal government, state agencies, major lending institutions, recognized corporations and corporate relocation companies.
