ABOUT - Clinton M. Casey, a South Florida Native, has over 29 years of commercial real estate experience including acquisitions, dispositions of land and buildings, leasing, ownership and management. Married with one child, Clint enjoys spending time with his family and friends, surfing, Stand up Paddling Boarding, Woodworking and being around the water.
SCOPE OF SERVICE – Clint has extensive experience representing sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants with his major focus representing landlords and sellers. Clint currently specializes the leasing of multi-tenant commercial buildings and the disposition of land, redevelopment sites, special purpose properties and single user buildings.
PAST EXPERIENCE – Prior to joining the Rotella Group, Clint worked with his father at D. C. Casey Company. This family owned commercial real estate brokerage firm specialized in the sale of land and commercial buildings as well as site selection advisory services. The firm’s principal key client groups included residential builders, auto manufacturers and dealers, as well as shopping center and hotel developers. With this experience, Clint gained a valuable understanding of state and local government permitting requirements that enabled him to expedite required approvals during recent sales and purchases for development.
Most recently, Clint was a Vice President at Colliers International for nine years in both the leasing and Investment Sales Divisions. Besides traditional brokerage, Clint was involved in many workouts and dispositions of distressed assets with lenders and special servicers. He was involved in the CARS, SWAT and CART special service groups.
