I have been a realtor for 31+ years in Wisconsin and have been doing REO properties for 26+ years, also I am a retired real estate appraiser here in Wisconsin. We have serviced REO properties for financial institutions and banks consistently for the past 26+ years. We offer a full service REO agenda and I have two full time assistants plus four contractors that handle all re-keying, lawn care and general repairs for all properties and cover all areas.
