The decision-making process of buying and especially selling commercial property can be extremely stressful. My experience and financial acumen as a Certified Public Accountant and my knowledge base in assisting clients in the sale and purchase of businesses enable me to handle the stress for you so you can embrace the process of the exciting new chapters that constantly present themselves in your life.
I bring to the table skills that can only be acquired over years of experience in the financial services industry. Since obtaining my CPA license in 1984, I have worked for firms that are both locally based all the way up to internationally based firms. I have served as a partner with the national firm of BDO USA and have had two of my own CPA firms that I started and later sold.

I use the most up to date marketing processes to sell your commercial property. CoStar, CREXi, Catalyst RPR, MLS and Buildout and other major real estate websites and lead generating software. I use high-quality flyers to effectively market and find the property that's perfect for you.
With my background as a CPA, I also specialize in contract negotiations and due diligence processes.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and our family, being involved at my church, cycling, working out, playing golf and going fishing.
