I have started my career as a banker in 1970 and have a long track record in financing. in the late 1990's I became managing partner of a CMBS Lender that was based in New York, my responsibilities was in originating, underwriitng, approving all commercial real estate loans in our area under the direction of our New York Office. This gave me a great experience in valuation of commercial real estate. In May, 2001 I received my CCIM Designation and that in itself has given me opportunity to network among other CCIM's around the country and has also given me a better understanding of how I can better represent clients. My main emphasis is in Investment Real Estate in all four segments of real estate such as Multi Family, Industrial, Retail and Office.We try to stay in our market since we know the market better, but we also represent various clients in 1031 opportunities as well. St Louis Chapter President in 2012 and have been on the St. Louis Chapter Board since 2006, 2013 CCIM MEMBER OF YEAR, have sat on various committees and was 2016 RVP for Region 7. Have also sat on the Designation Committee and Marketing Committee, have proctored the exams on numerous occassions when asked. The CCIM Designation is a Worldwide Designation reaching out all over the world am very Proud to be a Member of such a fine organization.

RECENTLY BECAME AN AFFILIATE OF SPERRY COMMERCIAL GLOBAL AFFILIATES, FIRST OFFICE IN THE MIDWEST.
