Fletcher Baldwin offers almost thirty years of multi-dimensional professional disciplines and diversified commercial real estate industry experience. Fletcher specializes in the valuation, analysis, and purchase and sale of a wide range of investment properties and complex land development projects with a concentration on the acquisition, development and disposition of land, and the investment sales of office and industrial assets. Fletcher has evaluated and participated in hundreds of projects from site selection, valuation and structuring acquisitions to developing and executing stabilization, repositioning and disposition strategies.

During the S&L Crisis, Fletcher was part of an acquisition team formed for the purpose of uncovering distressed real estate portfolio opportunities throughout the country. He worked with individuals, families, funds and institutional clients during the land boom times, evaluating and trading large tracts of land throughout the Southeast US. During the last recession, he focused on the analysis and trading of distressed assets, specializing in finished lots and incomplete developments.

He has worked on the capital side, analyzing and capitalizing deals through joint ventures, equity participations and other capital infusions. He has also been a member/partner in a number of real estate projects throughout the Southeast US.
