Kori moved to Tampa in 1994 after graduating from Indiana University. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, she enjoyed 15 years as the owner/operator of a medical equipment sales and distribution company. Kori represents buyers, owners and tenants of office and retail properties. She is Bridgewater’s exclusive business broker, with sales in restaurant, daycare and equipment rental businesses. Kori works with new and experienced investors, offering her clients the added value of an analytical perspective with her eight years of experience as a Florida Real Estate Appraiser. Kori excels at problem resolution and building lasting client relationships earned through years of service and attention to detail.
