As a 30 year resident of Eustis, I am familiar with this wonderful rural community just a half-hours drive to the big city. The clients that I serve are Sellers, Buyers, Investors and Investment Groups.
The type of real estate I work with is commercial properties including offices, medical, warehousing, multi-family holdings, farms (mini and large), vacant land and development parcels. Listing residential homes is not something I do; however, I will locate the right home for a Buyer.
I have always been involved in this community having been past president of Greater Lake Eustis Chamber of Commerce, Eustis Kiwanis Club, and Eustis Main Street as well as serving on several City Advisory Committees. Also for Lake County, I have served on the Lake County Economic Development Committee and currently am on the County Impact Advisory Committee.
