I specialize in SBA 7(a) (commercial owner occupied) lending with over 25 years of experience. I have originated loans most of my career but have also closed SBA 7(a) and 504 loans when I worked for an LSP (Lender Service Provider).

I understand the SBA process and requirements and can help finance difficult complex loan request. I understand “time is of the essence” and work diligently to close a loan fast, accurately and in compliance.
