Born and raised in Central Florida and the City Beautiful, I grow up around real estate by way of my father’s commercial design-build construction company. That sparred me to pursue real estate as a career and life pursuit to understand real estate.

Since graduating The Florida State University in 2008 with two bachelor of science degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, I began my real estate career as a commercial real estate appraiser in the niche of eminent domain and litigation. After working in that arena for several years, I thought I could offer more, so I expanded to the transaction side of real estate by joining The Core Group in 2015.

With my years of experience valuing various commercial property types, I negotiate on behalf of the buyers, sellers and investors I represent based on value and the life cycle of an property. I also work with businesses in making real estate related decisions as to how utilize and maximize its use through proforma analysis, cash flow projections and return on equity.
