John Glass advises developers, tenants, and institutions in developing disposition strategies that maximize valuations under arbitrage and sale-leaseback executions. Based out of Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office, John and his team work in the capacity of advisor and implementer to numerous corporate, institutional and private clients, private equity groups, preferred developers, franchisors, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists. Throughout his career John has personally closed over 1,700 investment sales transactions with a total dollar volume in excess of $5 billion. John Glass is an Executive Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap, an elite group of less than ten agents companywide out of over 1,300 Marcus & Millichap agents across the US. He is also Senior Director of both the National Retail Group and Net-Leased Properties Group.
