Derek Riggleman is an Orlando area native who graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He began his real estate career in the appraisal industry and began working in Orlando after college.
Riggleman has completed appraisals for over 200 commercial properties totaling more than $300 million dollars.
Derek’s appraisal experience included properties ranging from owner-user assets such as industrial and office properties, institutional grade level assets, shopping centers, agricultural properties, commercial land, and several of other property types.
Riggleman’ s appraisal experience has been invaluable as he knows how to analyze and understands the core metrics and demand drivers of various property types including the main categories of industrial, office, retail, multifamily and commercial land. This allows him to advise clients with meaningful knowledge and market insight such as opportunities for value-add properties and identifying trends in the market that impact property values.
