The subject property is located less than a mile south of US 192 and west of Interstate 95 in Melbourne, Brevard County, FL.  The property is accessed via Simon Road off of US 192 (New Haven Avenue) ½  mile west of the I 95 Interchange and lies about 4400 feet south on the east side of Simon Road along Hayfield Road.  US Highway 192 is the Interstate 95 Interchange # 180,  a prime commercial corridor,  as well as,  Causeway access to the Ocean to the east and is an alternate route to Orlando / Kissimmee / Disney to the west.
