12 Home Sites "Howell Park Estates"

The property is a developed private, gated sub-division of 18 lots originally. There is a Home Owners Association and the current funding is done by owner as needed. The private streets are paved, situated behind an entry gated feature. Street lights are in place along with evidence of sewer, water and underground utilities. Of the 12 available home sites, three are lakefront, two are impacted by a power line and a lift station (lots 6 & 7). Lot 8 is a free standing one that fronts along Rawls Road on the south and is addressed 5505 Rawls Road. Without engineering plans it is not clear if the Howell Park utilities were extended to this lot across Lot 6.
