The site is along the eastern shore of Lake Washington just north of Eau Gallie Blvd. The potential buyers are either institutional in nature or a private property owner that needs the mitigation credits or can use a portion and then hold the property out as a resource for future uses requiring mitigation credits. The mitigation prospects would need to be in the same basin (in this case Basin 20) to achieve the credit swap.
