West Orange PD ±85 Acres

West Orange is a new, hot, and rapidly developing Gateway District bordering the city of Fort Pierce along Orange Avenue from I-95 to Hartman Road divided by Jenkins Road in Saint Lucie County.

New communities are being planned and built by some of the most active home builders in South Florida, as the area is surging in activity from all sectors including technology, industrial, office, residential and commercial, especially near the I-95 exits.

West Orange will consist of single family, townhomes and multifamily products surrounding and served by a new commercial corridor centered at Orange Avenue and Jenkins Road with over 200,000 square feet of grocery anchored retail, restaurants, family entertainment, office, fitness, wellness and medical uses just minutes to the quaint Fort Pierce downtown and waterfront.
