Grant Lake Sanctuary - 26 Lots - 25 Lakefront

Grant Road 2 ½  miles East of Babcock Street in Grant Valkaria, Brevard County, Florida.  Grant Rd provides access West to Babcock St, a major North/South artery running from North Melbourne South through Brevard County to Fellsmere, in Indian River County.  Grant Rd connects to US Hwy 1 to the East via Old Dixie Hwy.  US #1 is a major commercial corridor that runs the entire East coast of Florida and the US.  The Town of Grant Valkaria is a new municipality of 30 square miles / Pop.  3,985.  City of Palm Bay - 7 miles North and the City of Sebastian  - 9 miles South for hospitals, schools, shopping, and employment.

Preliminary plat for Grant Lake Sanctuary (25 lakefront lots) was approved by Brevard County in May 2004, but has since expired.  Reinstatement of preliminary plat and final plat approval must go through the Town of Grant Valkaria.  Town Planning/Zoning and Council approval process is estimated to take between 90 to 120 days.
