Lot # 138 measures 54'x 55' and you can build a hangar measuring approximately 50'x50'. Lot 138 is near the main taxi way so no waiting to get to the runway for takeoff. This would be an ideal hangar to own. If you built a hangar on this lot there should be enough to have your own shop and room for other vehicles or maybe another airplane.
