The property is improved with a 1 story retail/office building. The building was constructed in 1977+/-. The building has a concrete slab foundation with a rubberized membrane roof. The roof is a slightly pitched roof and has been silver coated about 10 years ago and patched intermittently. The A/C unit in the front portion of the building is approximately 8 years old. Heat is oil fired hot air in the shop area and ceiling mounted propane forced hot air in the showroom retail area. The flooring is a mixture of concrete slab, vinyl tile, and commercial grade carpet. Walls are concrete block and gypsum board.
