Hotel Redland

Hotel Redland is designated as a historical site by The City of Homestead. Built in 1904 this 13 room boutique hotel is the oldest commercial building in Homestead, Florida. This hotel is historically significant and can be submitted for placement in the National Register. In 1997 this hotel was completely renovated; 4 years of renovation. This charming, vintage hotel offers guests old fashioned hospitality.

The first floor of the hotel includes a restaurant, a bar/lounge area, and a private meeting room. A fully functional commercial kitchen is well equipped to serve 120 dinning clients. A COP4 liquor license is in place and is included as part of the purchase. This liquor license is exclusive to this hotel and is considered part of the property.

11 hotel rooms are located on the second floor of the building along with an open terrace/veranda for guests. A handicap hotel room is available on the first floor of the property. First floor has 2 bedrooms. Parking includes 18 spaces plus city parking across the street.
