College Park Office Building

Free standing single story 2176 sf +/- wood frame house converted to office use.  The exterior of the building is wood clapboard that was covered with vinyl siding-date unknown.  Aluminum cladding was also installed at the same time over the trim at the doors, windows, soffit and fascia.  The property was acquired in 2000 by a interior designer.  A majority of the interior of the building was remodeled in 2000 including five of the seven offices, conference room, receptionist area, kitchen and both restrooms.  There is a fireplace in the conference room and a fire alarm system in the building. The parking lot and driveways are concrete and there is room for at least 9 cars behind the building.  There is additional street parking available.  A handicap ramp is located in the rear of the building.  There are three HVAC units that service the building.
