Steve is a leader in the local real estate market following a legacy in commercial real estate locally started by his Dad 40 years ago. Beyond providing brokerage services, Steve is an active market participant with current investments in commercial real estate, land, and agricultural properties in Charlotte and DeSoto Counties. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from Florida State University, and a Master of Art's Degree in Real Estate Appraisal from the University of Florida. Steve has earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) real estate designations proving to be a highly qualified real estate professional in the market. Steve is well respected in the community and by his peers, and was voted as the Sun Herald Reader’s Choice #1 Commercial Realtor for 2017, speaker at the 16th Annual 2016 Southwest Florida CCIM Commercial Real Estate Outlook Conference, annual speaker at the local Association of Realtors Economic Outlook Conference, and past speaker at the Association of Realtors District 13 Conference. He currently serves as Chairman of the Commercial Broker's Group of the local Association of Realtors, and has served as a board member on the Board of Trustees of Bayfront Health Punta Gorda Hospital, was a Founder and on the Board of Directors of Calusa National Bank, and served on the board of the Charlotte County Family YMCA.
