David Hitchcock, ALC, CCIM has an excellent background in citrus, industrial, and agricultural businesses. He earned the 2010 & 2012 Bronze Circle of Distinction award from Coldwell Banker Commercial that nationally recognized his sales achievement. He was one of the top sales and listing leaders of the company.

A thirty-year veteran of the Florida Agribusiness industry, his previous management positions for Bob Paul Citrus, Alcoma Packaging, Haines City CGA, and Helena Chemical give David an insiders understanding of requirements needed for complex real estate transactions.

He is proven to be a knowledgeable expert, who creates value for his clients and offers consultation, crop input products, and land-sale services. His diverse background gives him an extensive knowledge of properties throughout the entire State of Florida.

Davids real estate specialties include Central and South Florida agricultural properties, agriculture transitional properties (transition-to-next-use) and land use issues. He holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation that is the esteemed credential of the REALTORS Land Institute (RLIland.com). He is originally from Winter Haven, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida (UF) on a football scholarship, where he obtained a BS degree in Physical Education. He lettered in wrestling and football and was the Most Valuable Player and co-captain of the 1973 Gator Football Team. Current interests include triathlons and bicycling. Married and a father of two daughters, he is also a grandfather of five.
