Randy Krise, CCIM, has been a Commercial Real Estate Broker for many years. First licensed in the State of Georgia in 1978 as a sales associate and later licensed as a broker in 1984. Randy was subsequently licensed as a broker in the State of Florida in 2003. Randy has been an owner, broker and developer of land during his over thirty nine years in the real estate business. Randy also owns and manages several properties from a 53,000 sq ft retail center to an 8,000 sq ft daycare center building as well as office and special use properties. With over $650,000,000 in sales volume, Randy is qualified to help you reach your personal goals when investing in real estate.

Randy has been a Florida CCIM Chapter officer for over 10 years and has served as the Florida CCIM Chapter President for 2015, Florida CCIM Past President and CCIM Regional Vice President for District 8 and CCIM Institute Board of Directors. Randy has been elected to a three year term as a CCIM Institute Board of Directors beginning in 2018.

Locally, Randy serves on the Lee County Port Authority Special Management Committee, the Metropolitan Planning Organization Citizen Advisory Committee, the Lee County Development Code Advisory Committee, the Pedestrian and Bicycle Coordinating Committee and the Horizon Council.
