Upcoming Price Change
Effective February 1, 2020, we will be increasing our pricing for listing entry subscriptions from $90 annually to $120. Yes, that’s a large increase, but we haven't increased our pricing since 2016 even though our costs have increased significantly.
PLEASE NOTE: This Listing Entry Subscription price increase applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through TotalCommercial. If you have a listing entry subscription through your membership in a qualified organization, you are not affected.
We are giving advance notice of the price increase to give you time to update your subscription at the old pricing if you wish. You can renew now for multiple years at the current price if you would like. Each time you renew, another 12 months is added to your subscription.
