The subject is a single story masonry concrete block construction with a hip-gable roof covered with tile. The interior has a typical build out for a condominium office with each unit having its own restroom. Flooring is typical for this type of construction. The doors are solid wood with nice crown molding throughout the building improvement. Walls are dry wall with a dropped ceiling, and recessed lighting. A couple of the units have had some tenant improvements to upgrade the flooring, painting and wall covering. The project was constructed in 1979. The exterior of the improvements are in overall good condition. The stucco coating over the concrete block appears to be in good condition. We did not view the condition of the roof. There was no evidence of leakage at the time of inspection. The interior of the improvement ranges from good condition to excellent condition. We have no knowledge of any plumbing, sewage, or electrical issues.
