LaurieAnne Minoff is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker and the Founder of Monstera Property Advisors, Inc., a South Florida-based brokerage specializing in residential and commercial real estate. Licensed since 2017, LaurieAnne brings a combination of real estate experience, business leadership, public policy knowledge and a commitment to strengthening the communities she serves.

An active leader within the real estate industry, LaurieAnne serves as the 2026 Broward Regional Board Chair for MIAMI REALTORS® and RWorld and as the 2026 Florida State Treasurer for the Women's Council of REALTORS®. Her leadership experience extends to Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), where she has served on committees addressing commercial and residential property issues, real property valuation, conventional financing, land use and property rights.

LaurieAnne is also a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is actively involved in government affairs, economic development and legislative advocacy. Her work emphasizes the connection between real estate, responsible development, infrastructure, housing affordability and the economic vitality of South Florida.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, where she is also pursuing a Master of Public Administration. Her academic background complements her professional experience in organizational leadership, financial oversight and public policy.

As she continues expanding her expertise in commercial real estate through CCIM education and professional development, LaurieAnne brings a strong interest in investment analysis, commercial brokerage, market opportunities and strategic real estate decision-making.
