Matt Stepan's roots are tied to the midwest, where he earned a B.A. in communications from Eastern Illinois University. In 2004, he relocated to southwet Florida, where he has since served as a commercial associate with Premier Commercial, Inc.
In 2010, he achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) awarded by the CCIM Institute. Mr. Stepan is extremely active in the community as a member of the Bonita-Estero Assocation of REALTORS, the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and the CCIM Institute.
