Throughout Nicholas’ career, he has accumulated a total transactional volume in excess of 70 million dollars, and he has quickly expanded the 4 ACRE Commercial Realty office brand in the Central Florida real estate market. His charisma, persistence and willingness to adapt allows him to establish a strong rapport with his clients and colleagues. Nicholas has taken the initiative in expanding the 4 ACRE Team with young professionals and helps to guide them towards success in the commercial real estate industry. Additionally, Nicholas takes pride in further establishing the Intern Development Program by collaborating with his Alma Matter, the University of Central Florida, to grow and foster young minds and expose them to the business world. Nicholas is a Florida native and a fourth generation real estate entrepreneur. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance, is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and has earned the prestigious CCIM Designation. Nicholas is active in various commercial real estate organizations some including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the National Association of REALTORS and the City of Belle Isle Planning and Zoning Board.
