Vivianne formed VS Miami Properties Group in 2015 to specialize in emerging opportunity in high-growth commercial and luxury residential property in Miami. Vivianne has taken advantage of her extensive network to assemble a team of well-connected domestic and international professionals and consultants to identify real estate investment opportunities and match them up with developers and investors in the U.S. and worldwide.
VS Miami Properties Group recently joined Charter Realty Partners, the in-house brokerage team of MEC Development Associates. Commercial real estate services offered range from acquisitions and dispositions to portfolio management, leases, and development opportunities. Areas of focus include office, multi family, hotels, industrial, bulk condo sales, and land.
In addition to investment services, the team offers global site location consultancy and networking expertise for the hospitality industry. They have forged a collaboration with one of the leading companies in the world for designing, branding, securing funding and operating Sports, Wellness, and Entertainment-themed developments.
Vivianne is part of the leadership team of FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation, a global real estate networking organization founded in 1952. She is serving her second term as a Director on the FIABCI-USA Board of Directors and is the 2020 President of the FIABCI Miami & The Caribbean Council. She is also the President of the FIABCI International Marketing & Networking Committee, which advises the FIABCI Global board on new proptech and marketing initiatives.
Vivianne is very comfortable in the international setting and is cognizant of Miami's advantageous role as a gateway for foreign investors into the USA. As president of the Miami Council, Vivianne regularly features prominent global FIABCI members in the popular FIABCI-Miami Gateway Speaker Series. Vivianne is the host of a weekly real estate program, FIABCI FRIDAYS, which features properties and investment opportunities from around the world.
A frequent traveler for business development, Vivianne has lived in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Mexico, and has owned companies that conducted business with several countries in Asia.
Vivianne is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, German, and French. Vivianne lives in Coconut Grove with her two teenage children and has been actively involved in her community for over 25 years. She avidly promotes the performing arts in South Florida and sits on the boards of the Chopin Foundation of the U.S., the Coral Gables Music Club, and the non-profit that her kids started, Rising Stars Miami, which teaches and brings the arts to under-resourced kids in Miami.
