In addition to managing the sales, leasing, selling and consulting, Lewis is the Asset Manager and Consultant for property owned by a non-profit organizations and corporations in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River Counties, represented CSR-Rinker in disposing of surplus properties throughout the state of Florida. The duties include organization and supervision of the real estate valued in excess of $138,100,000.00. The main concentration is land management of property valued in excess of $68,500,000.00. Lewis handles the sales, leasing, donations, market research, management, public notices, tax appeals and assessment review. Lewis has served as expert witness in real estate matters. He has also been appointed by the courts to serve as Receiver of real property.
