Daniel J. Prieto, MAI joined Christiansen Commercial’s team in September of 2015, rapidly becoming a State Licensed Real Estate Broker. In addition to serving as a broker, he is in charge of the firm’s valuation department. Daniel obtained a double major in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and has been involved in the commercial and industrial real estate business in Puerto Rico since 2004 as a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Mr. Prieto is an active member of the Appraisal Institute, having held the treasurer and vice-president leadership positions within the Puerto Rico & Caribbean Chapter, as well as having formed part of the 40th Leadership Development Advisory Council (LDAC) for the National Board.
