Joe has been involved in debt, corporate and real estate acquisitions and workouts for nearly 20 years.  He is portfolio manager at RCH Capital. The firm’s acquisition focus is currently on performing, subperforming, and nonperforming 1st lien mortgages collateralized by commercial real estate in the United States.  RCH Capital also considers investor fallout, bankruptcy, post-petition financing and bridge financing deals on an opportunistic basis. In addition to his portfolio management duties, Joe manages the firm’s business development efforts and loan acquisition pipeline.

Joe is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars, the Florida chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, and the Florida Chapter of CCIM.
