Vince has hit several landmarks in his real estate career including a sales and lease transaction volume of over $200,000,000. Vince has also sold over 2,000,000 SF of commercial space. Additionally, Vince has operated several businesses in North Carolina and Florida, which gives him the ability to understand the "pros and cons" of leasing/buying commercial space. Vince is personally invested in the commercial real estate market in Central Florida as well. He uses his knowledge as a landlord/owner to "weed out the bad investments", in order to maximize the return on his client's investment.
