Kitty Hutt is a Realtor and an Accredited Buyer Representative, with over 25 years of experience in the real estate market. She specializes in Commercial Property, but also enjoys the residential market. Kitty is a multi-million dollar producer and a recipient of the Exit Realty International 2006 Bronze Designation.

Kitty actively raises money for various charities including Breast Cancer Awareness, American Cancer Awareness & Relay for Life.

In her spare time Kitty enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren – Dylan, Brad & Olivia. Kitty has lived in the Central Florida Area for 48 years, and currently resides in Winter Garden with her husband Brian. They enjoy cycling, basketball & are avid sports fans.
