Danny Smith has been a Realtor® since 1997, specializing in 1031 Exchange Options, Cash Flow Replacement Properties, Commercial Real Estate, Site Selection, and Vacant Land. Danny has worked with various counties and cities on zoning and land use changes and has an excellent working knowledge of the process. Danny served on the Board of Directors for The Florida Association of REALTORS® and is a member of REALTORS® Land Institute where he is served two years as President of the Florida Chapter.
