1. Register and log in to TotalCommercial.com and enhance your personal profile by adding your photo, company logo, qualifications & experience, etc.

2. Go to http://www.bargainname.com/

3. Choose your domain name. (If your name isn't available, try something like "JoeSmithBroker" or "JoeSmithCCIM").
   (Of particular importance, make it easy to remember and easy to spell!)
4. After purchasing your new domain name and while still logged in at BargainName, go back and set the domain name servers to "ns1.softlayer.com" and "ns2.softlayer.com". (Go to "My Account" and click on your new domain name.) Be sure to enter your email address in the box at the bottom.
5. Send an email to rick@totalcommercial.com giving us the new domain name.
   (Be sure the spelling is correct!)
6. THAT'S IT! Your new website should be online within three to four hours.
