Amy’s specialty is sales and leasing representation of office and warehousing clients. Amy’s clientele ranges from local to international companies including law firms, engineering firms, manufacturing companies, and a host of other industries requiring office and warehouse real estate assistance. Amy is best known for buyer representation for both owner-users and investors by providing cost comparisons, operational costs, incentives, cap rates, demographic information, and other data to equip her clients to achieve the best outcome possible. Moreover, Amy is a fierce yet friendly negotiator having won several bidding wars on trophy assets.

Amy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) denoting she completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive commercial real estate experience. Amy’s clients rave about the resources and passion she invests in each matter (no matter what the deal size) to educate her clients equipping them to make the best decision. Amy brings both old school and new school strategies as well out-of-the-box ideas curated for each client’s specific needs. Currently, Amy is Past President of Florida CCIM Chapter's Central District, Past President of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Leadership Winter Park Alumni Council, Representative on the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, Associate Member of the Manufacturers Association of Central Florida (MACF), and Board Member on Seacoast Bank’s Central Florida Community Board. Amy also gives time and treasure to many community organizations including Valencia College’s Foundation, the Victim Service Center of Central Florida, Easterseals Florida, and Inspire of Central Florida. Since Amy views success as helping others to be successful, her donations of time and treasure are focused on organizations which enable her to achieve this lofty goal.
